Sugan Niwas

Reflecting colonial architecture and setting in its every corner, The Sugan Niwas Palace is the city's popular heritage-boutique hotel. Built in the 1940, the palace was commissioned by Thakur Bhagirath Sighji of Khatipura, Rajsthan. His son Thakur Arun Sigh turned this residence into a hotel. Presently the heritage hotel in Jaipur serves guests with its colonial charm and luxurious facilities.

Owner Arun Sigh, who is a hotelier renovated the palace extensively to include modern amenities providing world-class services. The colonial décor of the rooms and lawns are left intact. They are gracefully adorned with family portraits and other Rajput art.
