A drive of thirty minute from Bikaner will reach you to the Grand Heritage Palace known as the Gajner Palace Hotel. The hotel is built over an area of 6000 acres. The Palace is situated at the banks of the Gajner Lake and was built by one of the famous Maharajas of Bikaner Sir Ganga Singhji in the early phase of the twentieth century. The most beautiful element that arouses the beauty of the Palace is the surrounding forest, which previously attracted the then ruling Maharajas and the British dignitaries during the colonial rule.
The palace is built up by red sandstone and also renowned for its architectural brilliance. The Gajner Palace can best be called a resort than a hotel. The resort is placed at the mid of the forest which results in the viewing of different species of birds, the chirping of the birds makes the ambiance of the resort more beautiful and heart throbbing.
