Hotel Le Colonial Overview
Hotel Le Colonial in Cochin (Kochi) is situated at a close distance from Chinese fishing nets and considered as the oldest Asian house. Built in 1506, the hotel was used as a residing base by Vasco da Gama and the Saint. According to historical records, this 150 year old house of Portuguese governor didn’t face any sign of destruction even during the time of Dutch attacks.
